This spacious home is designed to host up to 13 guests, offering the perfect mix of comfort, fun, and tropical charm.

Sleeping arrangements:
Main house (sleeps 6)
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, private bathroom, and direct access to the pool
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet, and vanity
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room

• Guest House / Annex (by the Tiki Bar, sleeps 7):
– 3 bunk beds: two of them with twin beds on both levels, and the third one with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top.
– Sofa, Smart TV, closet space, private Wi-Fi connection
* Note: This guest house does not include a private bathroom but has convenient access to the main one through the patio

Bathrooms:
2 full bathrooms: one private bathroom in the Primary Bedroom, and a second bathroom for the rest of the home and the annex

Kitchen & Work:
- Fully equipped kitchen with an air fryer, coffee maker, large pots for pasta, cutting boards, and utensils, including BBQ tools
- Pool towels and personal towels included
Dedicated workspace for remote work

Pool & Outdoor Living:
- Private outdoor pool, large and not shared, with its own lighting. The pool is NOT heated.
- Fully fenced, well-lit patio
- Charcoal grill, perfect for cooking out after a beach day
- Outdoor dining table with a heater in the center, great for cooler evenings
- Table with umbrella for 6 guests, extendable to 8
- Two tiki bars: one indoors in the sitting room and one outdoors next to the gazebo
- Sunbathing area with a round canopy lounger and extension chairs
- Screened terrace (bug-free) for morning coffee and conversation
- Mini gym on the screened terrace with dumbbells, a mat, and a bench

Pets:
- One small pet (up to 20 lbs) is welcome with prior notice

Driveway parking for 4 to 5 cars. The garage is not available to guests

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
