POOL AREA RULES: 1. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Pool use is limited to registered guests. Consult before holding a party or event. Please respect the quiet times it is important to not disturb the neighbors. 2. Remember to shower before entering the pool to keep it clean for everyone. 3. Please avoid entering the pool if you have consumed alcohol, avoid doing activities that may be dangerous. The house is equipped with plastic dishes and utensils ideal for use in the area, do not introduce sharp or dangerous objects into the pool area. 4. Help us keep the pool clean and its spaces tidy, we appreciate leaving the sun loungers and chairs in their place. 5. If you bring food or drink, please use it in the designated area and remember to pick up your waste, place the waste in the container, pick it up on Tuesdays and Fridays. 6. Avoid entering the house wet, since the floors are made of wood. 7. Make sure you close the pool door properly after use. 8.- Please do not move any device in the pool. Do not turn the pool pump on or off. These rules are designed to foster a safe and pleasant environment for our guests.

RULES INSIDE THE HOUSE: 1. Keep the house tidy and clean during your stay. 2. We appreciate the savings in water and energy consumption, turn off lights and appliances when they are not in use. 3. Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed. 4. Smoking is prohibited inside the house; use designated outdoor areas. 5. Take care of the furniture and decoration, avoid intentional or negligent damage. 6. Avoid the entry of people not registered in the reserve. 7. Use appliances and equipment according to the instructions provided. 8. Report any damage or issues immediately so they can be addressed quickly. 9. Illegal activities are not allowed within the property. 10. Be sure to lock and secure the house when leaving to ensure safety.

Please take care of everything in the house. Everything is there to ensure that your stay and that of your family have a great time, but it is important that you take care of it as if it were your own home so that the next guests can enjoy their vacation.

- To deposit waste, please take it to the container in front of the house. The truck comes by on Tuesdays and Fridays to pick it up, you have to place it next to the mailbox on the cement slab.

- An important point, the property has a water system that provides purified water throughout the house and in the kitchen sink it provides alkaline water, that is, there is no need to buy water for daily consumption, and therefore way they contribute to the environment.
