1. **Times of use of the amenities:** The hours allowed for the use of the pool, water park, beach volleyball court and minigolf course are from Monday to Sunday from 9 in the morning until 7 pm to avoid inconveniences and respect the rest of others. Gym hours are Monday through Friday from 6 am to 10 pm.

2. **Rules of behavior:** You must respect the tranquility of the community and avoid excessive noise, especially during rest hours.

3. **Garbage Policy:** The property has 1 garbage container, this must be taken to the community garbage containers that are at the exit of the Resort. Garbage is not allowed in front of the house. There will be a $100 fine if you do so.

4. **Guest Check-In:** It is important to report any additional guests to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents.

5. **Pool Safety Rules:** It is important to follow pool safety rules, especially if there are children, and make sure all guests are aware of them.

6. **Property care:** It is important that you take care of the house and facilities, reporting any damage or problems immediately.

7. **Parking rules:** The property has its own parking lot, there are also designated areas for parking any other vehicles they have. It is important to park where permitted to avoid congestion and ensure smooth traffic flow.

8. **Non-smoking policy:** To keep the house in optimal condition, smoking is prohibited inside the property; designated smoking areas are outside the property, that is, outdoors.

9. **Check-out instructions:** Check-out time is 10:00 am. It is important that you follow the check out instructions. Leave the access key to the heated pool on the table at the entrance of the property, otherwise you will be charged a fee of $150 for the carelessness.
