To ensure a harmonious stay in this beautiful home in Champions Gate, you must keep the following rules in mind:

1. **Times of use of the amenities:** The hours allowed for the use of the pool, water park, beach volleyball court and minigolf course are from Monday to Sunday from 9 in the morning until 7 pm to avoid inconveniences and respect the rest of others. Gym hours are Monday through Friday from 6 am to 10 pm.

2. **Rules of behavior:** You must respect the tranquility of the community and avoid excessive noise, especially during rest hours.

3. **Garbage Policy:** The property has 2 garbage receptacles. The one with the yellow lid is recyclable and they pick it up every Monday in the morning. The one with the gray lid is for the garbage and they pick it up every Tuesday in the morning. Then it is recommended to place each container next to the garage

4. **Guest Check-In:** It is important to report any additional guests to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents.

5. **Pool Safety Rules:** It is important to follow pool safety rules, especially if there are children, and make sure all guests are aware of them.

6. **Property care:** It is important that you take care of the house and facilities, reporting any damage or problems immediately.

7. **Parking rules:** The property has its own parking lot, there are also designated areas for parking any other vehicles they have. It is important to park where permitted to avoid congestion and ensure smooth traffic flow.

8. **Non-smoking policy:** To keep the house in optimal condition, smoking is prohibited inside the property; designated smoking areas are outside the property, that is, outdoors.

9. **Check-out instructions:** Check-out time is 10:00 am. It is important that you follow the check out instructions. Leave the access card to the amenities and the garage control on the table at the entrance of the property, otherwise you will be charged a fee of $150 for the carelessness.
